How will participation in the event be covered?
Note: The Foundation Hall does not provide or manage any technical equipment. All such equipment must be arranged and operated by the applicant. The Foundation Hall is not responsible for installation, operation, or any issues arising from third-party equipment.
Will the event include food, drinks, or catering services?

Note: Only light snacks and non-messy beverages may be served inside the Foundation Hall. Food or drink that could cause spills, odours, stains, or waste that is difficult to clean is strictly prohibited indoors.

The organiser is fully responsible for setup, waste management, and cleaning if catering is provided. The Foundation Hall does not offer catering equipment or kitchen facilities. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs may result in deductions from the security deposit.

Note: The organiser is responsible for all participants' security, health, and well-being. All necessary precautions must be taken to ensure the safety of the event. The Foundation Hall bears no liability for any accidents, emergencies, or incidents occurring during the event period.
Do you understand that cleaning during the event is the full responsibility of the organiser?
Note: The organiser must ensure the hall remains clean and usable throughout the event. Any excessive mess or damage may result in deductions from the security deposit.

Note: Physical modifications (e.g. drilling, painting, attaching to walls) are prohibited. You may only rearrange seats and decorate the stage using non-damaging, removable materials.
