THE FOUNDATION HALL
A space for innovation, entrepreneurship, and development
The Foundation Hall is dedicated to innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic development. It serves as a gathering place for conferences, forums, and events that shape the region’s future.

The Foundation Hall was inaugurated on 25 January 2024 during the first International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum (IIEF) by Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani.

It is located inside the Culture Factory, Slemani, a historic industrial complex established in 1956 by the Iraqi Ministry of Economy. Once a manufacturing hub (1961–1991), the Culture Factory today is one of Slemani’s most vibrant cultural landmarks, hosting creative centres, projects, and events.
The Foundation Hall continues this legacy by providing a modern space for innovation, entrepreneurship, economic development, and business-related events.

In 2025, it proudly hosted the first Delphi Economic Forum in Slemani, marking a milestone in bringing global dialogue on economy and policy to the region.
Designed as an accessible and inclusive venue, the Hall is available free of charge for initiatives that align with The Foundation’s mission of fostering creativity, collaboration, and sustainable growth.
To ensure a professional experience for all organisers and participants, the Hall operates under a structured Operational & Management Plan.
