Key Responsibilities
● Support and oversee the daily operations of RRDA Lab.
● Supervise and coordinate training programs and workshops.
● Design and develop entrepreneurship and capacity-building training programs.
● Organize networking events, meetings, and community engagement activities.
● Coordinate with trainers, mentors, startups, and partners.
● Support innovation, enterprise development, and youth empowerment initiatives.
● Prepare reports, schedules, and operational documentation.
● Ensure effective implementation of lab activities and programs.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in:
o Business Administration
o Information Technology (IT)
o Entrepreneurship
o or other related fields.
● Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
● Fluent in Kurdish, English and Arabic (written and spoken).
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent organizational and teamwork abilities.
● Experience in training management, startup ecosystems, or enterprise development is an advantage.
