Key Responsibilities
● Welcome visitors and provide professional front-desk support.
● Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely manner.
● Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting arrangements.
● Support daily administrative and office operations.
● Maintain records, files, and office documentation.
● Coordinate communication with trainees, guests, and partners.
● Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and events.
● Ensure the reception and office environment remain organized and professional.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Business, IT, or related fields.
● Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
● Fluent in Kurdish, English and Arabic (written and spoken).
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Good computer and office software skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
● Professional appearance and organizational abilities.
● Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
