Built in 1956 as the city's tobacco factory and once its second-largest employer, the site closed in 2003 and reopened in 2019 as the Culture Factory. Today the complex hosts studios, workshops, exhibition halls and innovation spaces in central Slemani — with the Foundation Hub among them.
